While up-to-date, evidence-based care is the cornerstone of quality cancer care, I believe it is equally as important to deliver treatment with compassion that addresses all of the fear, anxiety, confusion and other feelings that accompany a cancer diagnosis.
Personal Statement
I like to spend time with my wife and daughter learning about different cultures and cuisines. I also enjoy running, fishing, cooking and riding my Peloton bike.

Unfortunately, cancer is not a fun journey, but with the cancer care team that I have had, they are amazing and have helped me through this process. They all need to be commended and I give every one of them a 10. I share with all my friends, family how important they were to my recovery, as well as impressing upon people that they are wonderful at their jobs. I would like to thank Dr. Torres, Dr. Kura, and Dr. Pan, and all my other cancer staff. They've been amazing, just amazing.

Dr. Torres listened to my concerns, was empathetic while humorous, educated me, advocated for me with my insurance agency through a letter, and showed he truly cared about my health situation. I really appreciate him and all the staff I came in contact with during my low iron crisis. He is a class act!
