I'm no longer fighting an extremely challenging time in my life and feeling alone an helpless. Dr. Kong reassured me that several options to try and he felt optimistic about easing or preventing migraines along with other nerve pain. I'm very grateful to have Dr.Kong and his team on my side!! My exam was very thorough. Provider was knowledgable and seemed to really want to solve my problem. Wish he would have a better "bedside manner" though.

The My Chart and all digital procedures seem to change every time I try to use them. The people on site were totally helpful and checked me in the old fashioned way. It would be extremely helpful if when I get stuck at home there would be a real live person conveniently available to help, not just another prompt to another screen to get unstuck.

There is an issue with a prescription. I told Dr I wanted to check what copay would be before it was filled. Prescription was sent to Optum. By time I was notified it had been filled. I was charged $430. I contacted Optum and am able to return for reimbursement. I am not due to start taking this for a month until we know if current med has worked. I feel Dr should have waited to see if the second one was needed.
