Yes, I chose a physician to discuss my problems and it was absolutely useless. Basically asking me what I wanted to do. I have no idea. That's why I went for an appointment. My husband was there too. He was very not impressed with the provider. I was told he was going to discuss it with my normal primary care provider and never heard back in over two weeks now. Just I'm not impressed at all and I'm disappointed because I do work for the health care system and I'm like, this is the way health care is now? Super disappointing. We need to be going above and beyond so our motto does not fit at all what I experienced. So just I just feel like it was a wasted appointment. To me, it's the whole person.

My visit was for my yearly exam. Got my labs done right away = into my exam room all within 15 to 20 minutes. My nurse was great. Made me feel relaxed. Took all my info. = answered all my question. I really like Dr. Triton K.. He has been my dr. for acouple of yrs. now. He listened to me / explained things really well. Trust him & his staff.

When I used My Chart to set upcoming lab appointments, it was not easy to find the tab to schedule labs. Wish that was easier, such as My Prevea chart was

Everyone treated me with professionalism.

Was in for my annual physical and the doctor never listened to my heart or listened to my breathing. I had never had a doctor that didn't listen to my heart. I was very surprised by that.

Dr. K is such a courteous person. That's important now, as I am having aging health concerns. He makes me feel like I've come to the right place, and there are a number of answers readily available. There's nothing like good news.

Had a very hard time getting mychart, user id and password..... but I did it
