Kiosk check in was not working correctly

I thought that Dr. Tim was great and his nurse also. I recommend them to everyone. Great people.

Dr Tanke in my opinion was extremely condescending and rude in his encounter with me. He made me feel like I shouldn't have even been there to see him. That I was a waste of his time. He made a disrespectful comment about the care /diagnosis my PCP had given. Very unprofessional. I was there because my other care providers counseled me to follow up on conditions that were going on at the time. Does he think I wanted to go see him. That I wanted to waste my time and money just for nothing. And so what if I was an inconvenience to him. He was going to get paid for my being at that appointment and so is Bellin /Emplify. He made me feel like " a second class citizen".

I have been extremely satisfied with the care I have received at the cardiology clinic.

My cardiologist, Dr. Tanke, was very experienced, warm, and helpful.

everything went very well with my appointment. Both the nurse and the doctor went very well. They both made me feel very comfortable. I would O.K. them both or either, to anyone else.

Dr. Tanke was very professional and made us feel comfortable and confident in him. He took the time to explain everything and asked if we understood. Several times he asked if we had any questions. In the end we were relieved and felt if an issue were to arise he would be the one I would want to take care of me.

I believe I should have had my labs done before I see my cardiologist not after...that makes no sense to me.

So far I'm appreciating the convenience of the app and the ability to communicate with my care team without having to call in and utilizing the app instead.

Cost to much

Excellent care by all involved in my clinic visits.

It is difficult to view mycharts and un derstand some of the test.

Dr. Tanke is an extremely courtesy, professional, knowledgeable and experienced cardiologist. He is the Best of the Best!

Don't make the patient have to go through their medicine list every time they pre-register for an appointment.

It's great Dr Tanke accepts Community Care for Veterans and isn't worried about getting full reimbursement from the VA but sees Veterans out of the goodness of his heart, and not worry about money. He's a true Patriot.

I felt at ease with both the nurse that performed the test and Doctor Tanke. They both listened to me and explained my condition in a way that I could understand. Doctor outlined the future and precautions that I need to be aware of with the blood medication.
