Tiffany was excellent. She even called me after I got home to follow up on my visit. I felt like she was truly concerned about my situation and I absolutely trust her judgment.

I have had many good experiences at Bellin/Emplify -- this was not one of them. The scheduler was not the friendliest, either in scheduling or in understanding my question as to which entrance to use. The receptionist/greeter was excellent. The nurse was above average. The provider/NP did not sufficiently describe her thoughts, her treatment, or follow up; seemed rushed, and in no way bandaged my bleeding ear lobe sufficiently. (The nurse did afterward when asked.)

Everyone listened to my questions and concerns and set me up with all the tests, scans and blood work I was hoping to have done.

Provider doesn't want to prescribe meds yet for abnormal labs. She suggested rechecking in a month which I agreed to. I stated via a message on the portal that I'd like to get to the bottom of my issues. She called yesterday late morning. I couldn't answer as I was at work. She left a VM and said she's try calling me back later in the day. I have yet to hear from her.

MyChart gets confusing at times.
