Provider was excellent

I was pleased with Dr. Bachaus. I am a new pt of hers and she had clearly reviewed my chart and asked pertinent questions and could discuss appropriate concerns that I had.

Made me feel good!

My chart seems to have mistakes. Especially in med list. I don't even bother looking at it anymore. Too confusing. Drs order a med and call it one thing. My chart call meds something else. I don't even know what meds my chart is talking about.

I really like Dr Bachaus!

Everyone was very helpful and had a great personality.

Appointment was later than my reminder. Doctor didn't listen to me. Tried pushing vaccines and medication, seemed to be their main focus.

It was my first time with Dr Bachaus. She was very professional, approachable with questions, took time to listen and answer. I am glad I chose her as my doctor and I have shared with friends.

The new check-in process was very frustrating to navigate, and the sign-in process was very difficult to work with. The previous system was much better in my experience.

Dr. Taylor Bachaus is fantastic!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. B as this was my first time meeting with her after Dr. Phillips left. She was caring, attentive and genuinely cared about my concerns and treatment. 10 out of 10.

I felt that the doctor really cared about me and actually was attentive and listened and gave really good advice verses not listening and just giving advice that didn't relate to me

Ended up with quite a bruise on left arm where blood was drawn for routine yearly physical labs

It's unfortunate that the changeover to Emplify Has been a total mess. Somehow my health history was missing and dates were changed and diagnosis were missing. I don't understand what took place. I had too much information to try to fix what happened when your company tried to switch over my health. History is still not complete because I couldn't remember everything. I'm very disappointed in this transition.

It was fine.

Just an overall positive experience. Using MyChart is always a plus. Can go back on my visit with the provider to read what had taken place. Gives me more time to study what had taken place at the appointment.

I lost my main GP a while ago. And I've had several doctors since. So I'm in the process of trying to come up with a regular GP.

My doctor answered questions about my endoscopy, unlike the Dr who performed the procedure. Tried to email the Dr who performed the procedure and was told I was not a patient of his. Not too happy about this

I had reservations about a certain medication and Dr. Bachus put my mind at ease. Dr. Bachus was very efficient, easy to converse with, and listened to my health concerns. Her nurse was also kind, and had a certain empathy to my health issues.

Doctor listened well to what I had to say, and it was nice to meet her for the first time.

Dr. Bachaus and her staff were fantastic. I've been searching for a primary care physician for a while and I found her to be helpful and a great listener.

When I called the Howard clinic to get in, they didn't have an opening, but they were able to schedule me out in Ashwaubenon the same day so that was helpful! I didn't see my regular provider but the new provider who I have never seen before was very nice and thorough.

The Student Nurse was exceptional in handling my questions and getting that info to the Doctor. Doctor Taylor has amazing people skills. She handled my Diabetic visit very professionally and answered all my many questions. The Student Nurse was very good at giving me the two shots I requested. The Lab attendant was great in drawing blood. I told her I had rolling veins and it wasn't a problem for her.

I can't say enough about Dr. Bachaus. She is smart, kind, patient and an excellent listener. She provides wonderful care, always finding solutions to my healthcare needs. I am very lucky to have her as my Primary Care Physician.

It was my first experience with my new provider, so it's hard to say if I could recommend her. I barely know her, but she seems extremely nice and very professional. I do look forward to seeing her again and getting to know her better.
