Dr. Bachaus and her staff were fantastic. I've been searching for a primary care physician for a while and I found her to be helpful and a great listener.

When I called the Howard clinic to get in, they didn't have an opening, but they were able to schedule me out in Ashwaubenon the same day so that was helpful! I didn't see my regular provider but the new provider who I have never seen before was very nice and thorough.

The Student Nurse was exceptional in handling my questions and getting that info to the Doctor. Doctor Taylor has amazing people skills. She handled my Diabetic visit very professionally and answered all my many questions. The Student Nurse was very good at giving me the two shots I requested. The Lab attendant was great in drawing blood. I told her I had rolling veins and it wasn't a problem for her.

Dr. Bachaus was extremely kind, attentive and thorough. She listened to me and explained things very well. She took her time and did not rush through my appointment. This was the first time I had my PAP done by her and she did fantastic with making me comfortable throughout that process. I highly recommend her.

Dr Bachaus saw our child when her typical provider had to unexpectedly be out of the office last minute on the same day. Through her listening, communication (verbal/body language), and care recommendations, Dr Bachaus earned the trust we have with our normal provider very quickly.
