Tremendous providers and staff at Lakewood and DePere! Very happy with the professional medical advise! Wonderful people!

Disappointed Specifically asked if paperwork could be taken care of and was told yes in which they said after appointment they couldn't fill it out. Practitioner spent a total of maybe 30 seconds examining me. Complete waste of my time as I assume I felt I was wasting hers. Was told to be there 15 minutes before appointment. No problem. But I was not seen until almost an hour later. Just pushed down the road to another practitioner. Do better

I came in on Monday for a therapy session and my legs were very painful and very swollen and I was referred to an available PA who treated me with respect and diagnosed appropriately and today, which is Friday, my legs are feeling significantly better. Thank you so much.

I have trouble signing in. I am not well versed with electronics. I tried to change an appointment time online and it got goofed up. I was able to call and get the appointment changed.

Front desk personnel was friendly and check in was great. Medical provider was condescending and gaslit me, argued what my symptoms were when she asked me about it, refused to properly chart my response especially when she asked what my pain was on a scale of 0-10 because she disagreed with my response, cut me off multiple times, and decided to give a bs diagnosis only on the account of a lack of evidence rather than evidence itself. Provider made me feel like seeking medical help was a burden.

TANYA Was so nice and kind. She didn't make me feel grossed out by my rash and even made me feel like it's normal! She was friendly and extremely helpful! My rash is going away!!! I didn't know the west side clinic was there so thankful I had to search for any openings and she had a spot that worked perfect in my work schedule and was close! Thank you! My chart is great!
