Dr Durant got back to immediately via portal and asked about my daughter and as soon as the results came in she reached out again. The receptionist was great when I called and took notes and a nurse got back right away

Dr. Durant is an EXCELLENT doctor with deep clinical knowledge, outstanding communication, and the ability to make patients feel unique. The Health care SYSTEM is getting too busy and I feel bad for all the workers because of the press of time for charting, quotas, etc.

My experience at Bellin Howard Clinic with Dr. Durant and the staff was very comfortable. I felt good in the large waiting room as many people are ill in there and we have plenty of space to spread out. I have never had complaints. My provider is always asking me questions, asking me if there's anything she should know, and she always has the right answers for me or orders more tests for me or whatever. I have been with this doctor for quite a while and that is why.

Dr. Durant is probably the most thoughtful and thorough doctor that I have ever worked with.
