My chart is difficult to enter back in after getting password you loss your place!? I do know that my blood test showed concerns but have not been contacted back with concerns or treatments!

So thankful for Tammi Gags. She provided compassionate care and support. Thank you!

Tammi gags is great after having Dr Hoffman for years. I feel she has all my trust in my care. As Dr Hoffman had, she explains things in ways to understand everything. I feel I will be happy with her. I'm very picky on who I see for my medical and I will keep Tammi. Very happy

I had a 9:30 with the RN & a 9:45 with Tammi. RN took me in at 9:50 RN did offer water while I waited. Which seemed a little odd. Tammi came onto the room at 10:50. Did not appreciate the long wait. I never had this experience before. I've been with Tammi for many years.

I appreciate Dr. Gag's time that she spent with me going over my lab results and answering my questions. She really seemed to listen to me and helped me find answers to my questions.

I feel very comfortable with Tammi Gags! She's easy to talk to, listens, focuses on you, explains things thoroughly, openly discusses my chart and as I ask questions, she doesn't make me feel rushed! She's definitely an asset to the Bellin Community!

My health care provider is excellent. As far as what Emplify/Bellin charges for an appointment is rather excessive . Even though a person has insurance it is still high.

Tammi and her nurse are so kind and courteous! They both listen and always treat me respectfully. I appreciate the thorough way things are done and I like feeling like me and my care matter. I get that at Bellin. Thank you!!

Tammi is always kind and respectful. I came in with an issue and she addressed other concerns I was having. There needs to be more availability to get in even same day.
