Susan spent a lot of time with me explaining all my concerns and I was very pleased with my experience..

Mychart still has some issues... one of them it notified me that the blood test results where in and done but I couldn't view any of them and had to wait for my doctor to tell me if they were good or not!

This was a new person, nurse practitioner. She was so thorough. Found out I had a slight blockage when I had a scan last year that I was never told about. She walked me through everything, put me on medication and called a cardiologist to discuss my report and they decided that they needed to see me. I'm so thankful for her and she is now who I will go to from now on. I highly recommend her. ??

Susan was exceptionally thorough in my routine exam. She went above and beyond to go over labs, address every system, including asking if any skin issues needed to be addressed. I hadn't had this thorough of an exam in years. I was very happy that Bellin has such a caring and qualified practitioner.
