Very pleasant experience overall.

Hi, I had originally called to schedule an appointment with electrophysiologist because I have AFib, but I was told I couldn't see one. So I was told I had to go to a general cardiologist, which I did, only to have him refer me to an electrophysiologist. So that was a little frustrating. I don't understand why I have to bear that additional cost of a general. Unless he acts as like a primary in the cardiology area, maybe, and maybe I just don't understand that. But that's my feedback.

I felt very reassured after visiting him.

I wanted other options than just medicine.

Really liked the doctor and his nurse was very helpful also.

The doctors and staff are excellent very knowledgeable

The whole team of Dr. Ringwala was a 10 plus 5. He's one of the best doctors I've ever met and I just want to say thank you to the whole team. Thank you.

Should not work with OSF It's the worst hospital i've ever been at.

Have seen Cardiology twice and each visit was highly professional and utmost courtesy shown to me.

Very impressed and grateful my cardiologist was extremely helpful, kind and intelligent and he really took the time to explain and provide a lot of clarity in explaining his observations and my medical results / implications. The nurse and staff also helped me to get in at a week earlier then first expected. Thank you.

Doctor was very interested in my wellbeing. Did not rush me and explained things in normal language that a layperson as myself could understand. He answered all my questions I never felt like I needed to rush out of the exam room because of time.

Dr. Ringwala was amazing! He took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions! If I need a fulltime cardiologist or any of my family or friends do, I will be sending them to Dr. Ringwala!! He has a wonderful bedside manner as well!! Thank you for making me feel so safe and comfortable when I was so unsure what was happening with my heart!!

First visit but was amazingly comfortable as I have high anxiety going to a doctor at my age. Everyone treated me very well and it calmed me down a great deal. It was good and I can only hope it continues that way.

My cardiologist makes me feel like my concerns are important.
