It was a great exsperiance.

Had A long wait which was unusual

Dr Goldberg was very helpful in helping me understand what I need to do moving forward, and that there are options to improve my condition when the time comes. He is a good no nonsense listener. The rest of the care team were very helpful with their care towards me, and explained things very clearly.

I fully trust the doctor, but the EMG test he ordered has no openings until October!

I was told I would receive a sheet with aftercare instructions after surgery but I didn't receive a hard copy and learned many hours later that I was supposed to be doing hand exercises every hour. The information was in My Chart but was needed immediately after surgery. Also printed instructions would be helpful for how to wrap/bandage my hand myself. I felt rushed out the door after the procedure.

Your phone system does not work that well. It sucks to get through or to get appointments or even get to talk to anybody that you want to talk to. That's all I got.

The only thing that concerns me is how long does it take actually get the appointment made to have the operation. I still haven't heard from anyone.

My chart needs to allow for more than one patient per email.

This doctor was very thorough when he explained what he saw from my x-rays and what that would mean for my ongoing use of my thumb and I found that very helpful. He answered all of my questions.

I don't understand why I have to check in on all my appointments atbellin They surely know me by now with all the numerous appointments that I have.

The nurses were great. The doctor was great. The only problem that I would say is Bell does not provide my x-rays on my chart which I think Prevea does. It's my x-rays I paid for him. They're a big part of the explanation of what was done and what needed to be done. I should be able to keep those in my records.

The staff was courteous and professional. The Dr. thoughtful and thorough. Sign in didn't work. Epic failed, not the humans. They were altogether a high-performing team.

Wait time prior to and while in the exam room was a little long.

I had trouble doing e-check in. I called 608 IT help for instructions. I was able to upload new app to service Emplify/ Bellin my chart.

EXCELLENT from start to finish!!!

I have NEVER had a bad experience at Bellin Titletown. They are very welcoming, helpful, and respectful. I would not hesitate to recommend the clinic to others. If you call in to the clinic with a question and not know who to talk to they will happily find the person or department you need to answer your questions. I can't say enough good things about this organization.

Dr. Goldberg was very busy, however, he spent ample time to explain about my carpal tunnel surgery. He and his staff as well as everyone at the front desk are wonderful . Thank you
