I was extremely impressed with my initial visit with Stephanie Ansfield and her nurse. They were so professional, so empathetic, so thorough. I was over the moon happy that I found a doctor that I hoped I'd find. And in this team, I found it. And I'm very grateful for what they do in their profession. Everything was great other than the long wait time in the room.

I don't need pronouns associated with my name. I found that very juvenile. Isn't that something kids do. I don't think it belongs at the doctor office.

This visit was better than I expected, the ladies at the reception desk were so nice, friendly and efficient, and Stephanie was SO thorough, took the time to explain things, made sure she looked at everything in my chart, she asked questions and listened to me. She was very friendly, humble I felt at ease with her conclusion of my appointment. A great appointment, they all are to be commended!!

I had to fill out forms for four appointments on line when all I needed was a blood draw, and my physical. It was very repetitive. I am thinking there must be some way to flag when you have multiple appointments. Thank you for asking.

I called, and messaged, with the details that were ignored, so then I had to call again. I was provided the wrong kit, all the wrong instructions inside the kit, and now have to start over with providing a sample. I feel that this easily could have been handled correctly if the team would've treated me as an individual. It felt like they were rushing, and ignored all of the details.

I do not use MyChart or do online scheduling. Emplify is awesome and I trust Stephanie to be honest and frank with me. I prefer seeing one care provider instead of having to see a tone of specialists.

I loved the doctor and nurses, but I do not feel my initial reason for being there was truly addressed. I have reached out via messenger app on my chart, and it took them a week to check it, but they also haven't replied.
