Our child needed to be seen ASAP and the clinic fit us in same-day. We really appreciate the attention and care for our child's health.

Dr was very kind and sweet. My daughter had the beginning of an abscess likely from an ingrown hair and she circled it with a bic pen. By the time we got home it was off of her skin. I used a sharpie once we were home and it stayed. A surgical/skin pen may have worked better. However, she was wonderful other than that and really appreciated getting in quickly.

When touching the baby, do it a little more gently so that the parents feel comfortable and not uncomfortable.
