Dr Guntupalli explained my PET results both verbally and with visuals of the PET. He reviewed results of my blood work and answered the questions I had sent ahead of the meeting. He maintained focus without rushing me. His plan for upcoming care was appropriate and represented careful thought of all aspects of my case and communicates well with Dr. Liss and an outside provider. This is much appreciated.

Your prescription system in MyChart sucks. You refill prescriptions I don't need and then you tell me you can't refill them until I call the doctor. This is crazy. I come in and there's five prescriptions when I ordered one. Secondly, you can't get an appointment with a doctor hardly at all because your appointment system always goes to the next day instead of saying I need to move my 9 o'clock until the next day at either Fast Lane or my doctor. Your whole system sucks. You obviously didn't do a Beta test on it. Well? I'm waiting for an answer.

You use medical terminology in My Chart messages... a language that normal people do not understand...then we expect provider to call us and explain the test results and messages but the do not do.

The Cancer Team was an excellent experience from start to finish! I feel very lucky to have Dr Guntupalli his staff and Dr. Dainty on my team!

Dr Guntupalli is always willing to take the time to answer my questions. Everyone is very professional.

Still haven't heard a word about the PET scan - an extremely important part of this process. In that, I am very disappointed.

Dr Guntipalli went above and beyond - calling me at home after my scan when he was on vacation to assure me of the results. That is someone who thinks about his patients!

Dr. Guntupalli is not only knowledgeable, but an extremely efficient communicator. He had slides prepared to show me what he was talking about, was prepared to answer all my questions, and did not make me feel rushed. Furthermore, he and his team facilitated a very short turnover in a referral that had to be made. I feel blessed to have him as my oncology team leader thank you.
