I believe healing begins with understanding and connection. My approach blends evidence-based and creative therapies to help individuals and families build resilience, restore balance and find hope through meaningful change. This flexible model allows me to provide compassionate care that honors each individual's values and beliefs in the healing process.
Personal Statement
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy art, gardening and nature hikes. I volunteer with my therapy dog and recently began writing children's books that inspire hope and connection for families.
