I was so pleased with all of the care and attention I received. Dr Klein and Dr Koss were everything I could have asked for with my knee surgery. They treated me like a person and not a number. Seems there should be an easier way to answer questions about insurance, w/out having to answer separately for the 10:30 xray & then all over again for the 11am provider.

Sometimes I have multiple appointments in a week and I get frustrated with all the repetitive check-in questions. Same questions over and over.

Everyone is so nice and professional...very happy with Bellin.

Dr koss needs to have more patience with the elderly like myself, we dont understand a lot that is going in and a lot of uh are hearing impaired so we would ask to repeat that is where the patiene comes in, i am finding this lack of in many doctors.

The whole experience was first class, from the people in the lobby to the nurses and surgical team were very professional and very pleasant at the same time!

The doctors , nurses and therapists have been absolutely wonderful. Answered all my questions. They made me feel very comfortable.

I checked in online at home and when I got there, I checked in at the kiosk and I still needed to see an attendant for more information. When I read my chart after the office visit...there were recommendations that we never discussed.
