Care Philosophy

I became a physical therapist because I believe in the power of exercise and how it can have a huge impact on managing patient symptoms and improving their quality of life. I focus on evidence-based practice, using manual therapy techniques in conjunction with therapeutic exercise to help patients reach their goals. I love working with a range of patients — from athletes looking to get back to sports, to older adults who want to return to gardening, and everything in between! I have a huge passion for sports medicine and using exercise to help patients be healthy.

Personal Statement

I am married and have two dogs. I enjoy accompanying my husband on occasional hunts, running, hiking and spending time outdoors. We have a lake home up in Minocqua where we spend time on the water, boating and fishing. Some of our favorite activities include trying new restaurants. We are Wisconsinites through and through and love everything about this great state we get to call home.
