Dr Tittman has a wonderful "bedside" manner, and so does her team

When you check in online, then you have to check in at the clinic again, when it says that you can not, it's very frustrating that the ladies act like you did something wrong, it is unsettling and not a good experience. In my opinion, the ladies should have to work in different places because some of them act like they are better than the patients and are sometimes demeaning and impatient.

Ms Tittman is very personable, and very easy to converse with. She was well informed about the surgery I'd had when I was under another doctor's care.

Dr tittman was so thorough and explained things well. She alleviated my concerns. I think she is an excellent caring doctor.

Dr Tittman was amazing. She explained her role in my care incredibly well. I had multiple questions about my post-op experience, because I am just a little nervous, but she took extra time to educate me which was exactly what I needed.

Check in at facility is redundant and cumbersome.

I saw Dr. Tittman and she's done wonderful surgeries for me and the office visit was wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone. She is fantastic. The staff is fantastic and the overall experience is wonderful. Thank you. Have a great day.

I thought the building itself was kind of cold and impersonal, but I thought the caregivers were absolutely fantastic. The doctor was great. The assistant was great. They both deserve a big raise.

Dr. Sarah Tittman is a great doctor. I had a great visit. It was wonderful. The check-in service is difficult because some of the pages go on and on and on and there aren't enough people there to help you get through it. They do their very best up front, but there are only two and three people and all these, and every time you check in, it's forever. So that's all I have to say. It was a wonderful visit with Sarah Tittman. Thank you so much.

My recommendation to you is that you hire some more specialists, throat, and also pulmonology people. It's absolutely ridiculous when you need to get in to see a specialist there that they put you out for two months or better before you get in to see them. They are way overworked and you do not do anything to help them out by hiring anybody. I do not understand why you can't hire people here in Green Bay. What seems to be the problem? You have plenty of money at Bellum to spend on buildings, putting up buildings all over the place, sitting there half empty, not fully occupied, not being totally used. Take that money and hire some people. Pay them some money. They will come to Green Bay. No excuse when you need to get in there to see a specialist, as I said, to wait two months or better. The only reason I got in there faster is I had to call up and complain.

Dr Tittman & her nurse were very nice & very informative. I had complete confidence in both 5 minutes into my appointment. She was able to help me using a concervative approach which I appreciated. She also explained the possible next steps.

This was one of the very best consultations I have ever had with a specialist physician and her nurse. I am very confident about having this team continue to plan for and treat my hearing situation.

I thought everybody was really friendly and I appreciated the information that was given to me. I was told that somebody was going to be calling me to discuss my results and that has not happened yet, which is odd that I'm getting a survey before I've had somebody call me to kind of finish explaining the results of my tests. And I was also told someone was going to schedule a follow-up for some additional ultrasound work that I needed and that hasn't happened yet either. So based on those two things, I feel like having this survey right now is premature.

Please post that you moved your facility and when it comes to the check-in kiosk, that thing should read to the old people so they can answer it back rather than having to read it. It should be read out loud to them. Just a, whatever. Bye.

I always do the online checkin at home, and yet at this visit when I checked in at the front desk I still had to answer some of the same questions again. Why? The receptionist said "it's just the way it is".

The nurse and physician that I saw were amazing! I did not have a good experience my last appointment in March. The nurse practitioner told me her nurse would follow up in 30 days and I never received a call.

Sarah and her assistant were very good in explaining and listened to my concerns vey attentively.

Everything was explained well and I left feeling very confident in my choice.
