I think the dr lied to me. Asked her about calcium score. She told me the test is telling you how your arteries were 10 years ago, not currently. I looked it up and the information I got was it tells you how your arteries are now and 3-5 years in the future. Thinking of finding a new dr. ?

Dr Sanchez took her time to explain and answer all of the questions that I had. However, in the past my blood work was all done in house and presented with results shortly after. This time, only some of the tests were run in algoma, the rest were sent to Green bay. I did not get those Green Bay results until after I had the appointment the next day. All of the Algoma results came in extremely quickly, but some of the tests didn't come in until after the appointment the next day. I think that wasted time discussing during my appointment which didn't need to happen if I would have had my results on time.

Mychart is fine, but Emplify seems very redundant.

Sarah Sanchez is by far one of the best doctors that I have encountered. I will not be changing or leaving anytime soon because I just thank the world of her. I have recommended her to several of my friends and clients at work. Just tell her she does a great job. Keep up the great work.

Overall experience was wonderful. Individual non-regular on-duty provider appeared to carry an attitude and lacked gentle 'bedside manner'.

Everyone at the Algoma clinic is very welcoming and helps to put you at ease. I find this to be a much more personal atmosphere than at some of the larger clinics I have visited in the past.

The Dr. Sanchez's team has always been and is there for me whether in person or through messaging.
