Sarah thoroughly explained my current position, and was very encouraging about future prospects. She allowed me to verbalize any concerns that I had. When I told her that I"ll be moving in the near future, she said that they"ll be able to coordinate any records, etc., that I might need. She gave me a very heartfelt goodbye when we were done.

Too many notifications for my chart and online check-in is to redundant. Going for therapy and the doctor with back to back appointments and having to check-in twice is ridiculous

Sara Aerts is very personable and easy to talk to. She's a good listener. She also addressed an additional health concern that wasn't part of the purpose of the appointment, which was very helpful.

Due to health issues, I couldn't make my appointment in person. Sara called and discussed my test results and address my current health issues. She was very compassionate and encouraging.
