Sadie McGillviray is by far the best care I have received at Bellin.She is very thorough and extremely compassionate. She listened to my concerns and explained the plan of care and went the route that was safest for my body and not just off of what numbers are saying to do. I am so very grateful to have her as a provider!

Sadie was amazing! She was professional and listened carefully to my concerns. She answered all of my questions and didn't rush through the visit. I had to wait a few months to be seen by her but it was worth the wait!

About my only frustration was that I thought I was having a preventative exam done and it was billed as an office visit. Other than that, Sadie is a very good provider.

Sadie is Excellent and so kind The LPN was great also. Sadie so through. Kindness makes a big difference also.

When I first got referred in the UCall to make an appointment, it was going to take two months to get in, which was going to be too long for me. But I did ask to be put on a waiting call, and I did get a call back shortly, and I was able to get in within a week or so. So my experience ended up being good because I was able to get in. I don't think I could have waited two months to get in to see her. I think I would have had to see somebody else. But I'm glad that it ended up to be the way it is because I'm really happy with my service and my care with her. That's it.

Dr. Sadie and her nurse were extremely kind to me (after my late arrival, due to construction and GPS problems) and completely understood that life isn't perfect and we're all doing our best. They were both personable, knowledgeable and had a positive, friendly air about them. I very much appreciated them!!

Overall, the team was very attentive and super nice and treated me with respect. My only suggestion or request going forward is that they prep me in advance for any kind of procedure that is anticipated to be performed.

The one thing I didn't care for about the online stuff and reminder messages is when it only says your arrival time because then I showed up 15 mins before that and then I sat until my appt which was in 30mins, the lobby just seemed busy with people waiting.

Always welcoming staff upfront the nurse is amazing and the provider is absolutely incredible she always listens to what I have to say and makes sure when she tells me information i understand it
