I was very impressed with your staff at Bellin. I always am and I look forward to using them all through the years. All the nurses and the doctor, Dr. Sabeeha is probably as good as it gets and so I'm thankful that we have such a great clinic out there and Bellin Hospital downtown also. They've helped me many times over the years. So thank you.

It's very challenging to figure out what MyChart to use with the optic thing and what information needs to be added and provided. So yeah, that's all I have to say. Otherwise, my visit was wonderful other than the girl got sidetracked and forgot me. But otherwise, everything was fine. Thank you.

Sometimes the actual check in is frustrating. I check in online and then when I actually show up I am told I have to check in again because they state they are not aware of how many days or weeks ahead of time I have checked in and things could have changed SO why check in ahead of time ?!

I think Dr Bedi is one of the warmest Medical doctors I have ever had taking care of me. I have so much admiration for her sense of professionalism and her own unique personality all wrapped up in one great doctor. Thank you for having her at Bellin.

Dr Bedi is the best and she's never allowed to retire. Service is always top notch.

Dr. Bedi seemed to be rushed. She was running behind schedule.

My visit summary did not accurately describe what was discussed at my appointment. For example, it said we talked about my mild COPD and that was never mentioned at any point during the appointment. The summary also mentioned talking about my upper right arm, which we never talked about. I don't know why those two things were included in my visit summary.

Always have been satisfied with Bellin service

My husband and I both have my chart. We did the paper work for me to see his billing info and I can't see it. I can see health info but not billing

Dr. Bedi and her nurse as always provided excellent service and listened to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly.

Dr Bedi is excellent. She listens!!! She always gives answers to my questions and I never feel rushed. I highly recommend her to friends and family.

DR Bedi and her assistant were knowledgeable and courteous and answered all of my questions and concerns. I'm experiencing some possible cardiac issues and the term "reassuring" is the best way to describe my experience.

My doctor is very profesional and very caring im greatfull to have her us my provider ?

Dr. Bedi is very thorough and it was a good annual wellness visit. She offered suggestions to improve my overall health, such as recommending that I try a probiotic for my issue with chronic diarrhea (first time a provider has suggested that) and offered a pamphlet with guidance for lowering cholesterol instead of just telling me to eat better and exercise more. She also referred me to a dermatologist for a skin cancer screening; I don't think the appearance of the moles and such on my back has changed, but it's probably a good idea to have a baseline reference and/or see if there actually is an issue. Previous providers have not given much consideration to my skin condition. The only thing that I wish would be considered an automatic part of an annual physical is checking for vitamin levels with the other blood work. I had sent a message to Dr. Bedi a few days prior to the appointment asking if my vitamin D levels could be checked and she added it to the blood work orders. As it turned out, I am deficient in vitamin D--not just an insufficient level, but deficient! She prescribed D2 and wants my level rechecked in 3 months. Good thing I asked! No wonder I've been feeling less energetic lately.

This was my first visit to Bellin. I was so impressed with how I was made to feel at ease. I am so impressed with Dr Bedi! She listened attentively to my concerns, offered immediate answers, got me in for labs and x-ray and dug deep into my medical history so we didn't miss anything! The way she teamed up with her LPN and truly took care of me and made me feel heard. I definitely feel like I am in good hands!

I was unable to complete e-checkin because I didn't fill out the SDOH questionnaire. The process shouldn't "Make" a patient fill it out in order to complete the E-checkin. It defeats the whole purpose of e-checkin. Then I had to stop at registration desk. They gave me a paper form for SDOH to fill out which I told PAR I'm not filling out. She gave me a look and said in a not so nice tone " okay I'll tell them you won't fill it out". Again that is my choice. I know it can be billed to insurance if filled out so I hope that didn't happen since I didn't fill it out. Will be checking.

Dr Bedi treated me very very well and had suggestions for every question that I had. The nurse was understanding and helped me every way she could and very polite. I've been treated very well to the most extent since I started using Bellin Health.

The nurse and Dr. Bedi were kind and listened to me. Dr. Bedi did a very good examination. She prescribed medications and a chest x-ray. The x-ray was in MyChart within 15 minutes of my arrival at home.

I love Dr Bedi! It is always a positive experience, Dr and staff are helpful, knowledgeable and kind! I always get any questions answered! I have nothing bad to say, wonderful team!
