This was my first visit to Bellin. I was so impressed with how I was made to feel at ease. I am so impressed with Dr Bedi! She listened attentively to my concerns, offered immediate answers, got me in for labs and x-ray and dug deep into my medical history so we didn't miss anything! The way she teamed up with her LPN and truly took care of me and made me feel heard. I definitely feel like I am in good hands!

Dr Bedi is my most favorite provider. She takes time to go through your health history, listen to you carefully and have suggestions for short and long term health goals. Everyone treated me very well and they moved me very quickly through what needed to happen. I greatly appreciated that.

I was unable to complete e-checkin because I didn't fill out the SDOH questionnaire. The process shouldn't "Make" a patient fill it out in order to complete the E-checkin. It defeats the whole purpose of e-checkin. Then I had to stop at registration desk. They gave me a paper form for SDOH to fill out which I told PAR I'm not filling out. She gave me a look and said in a not so nice tone " okay I'll tell them you won't fill it out". Again that is my choice. I know it can be billed to insurance if filled out so I hope that didn't happen since I didn't fill it out. Will be checking.

Dr Bedi treated me very very well and had suggestions for every question that I had. The nurse was understanding and helped me every way she could and very polite. I've been treated very well to the most extent since I started using Bellin Health.

The nurse and Dr. Bedi were kind and listened to me. Dr. Bedi did a very good examination. She prescribed medications and a chest x-ray. The x-ray was in MyChart within 15 minutes of my arrival at home.

I love Dr Bedi! It is always a positive experience, Dr and staff are helpful, knowledgeable and kind! I always get any questions answered! I have nothing bad to say, wonderful team!

Dr. Bedi always makes me feel heard, like no problem is a small problem and she doesn't rush me if I'm adding something to what wasn't originally planned. She explains things thoroughly and is very communicative on MyChart. Her team is also an excellent group of people to work with.
