Rhonda is exceptional! She explains my labs thoroughly and listens carefully to my health concerns. I appreciate what she does for my family and me.

The receptionist and the lady that called my name to come back to the room were great. Rhonda, however, was in a big rush and very unprofessional. I was there for just an annual physical: -She looked at my throat for no more than a tenth of a second. -During my neck palpitations, when prompted to swallow, she was on to the next thing before I even swallowed! -Rhonda did listen to my breathing. -When asked to lay flat, before the pillow was done sinking flat she was done pushing on my abdomen. I could barely feel pressure, at all, there is no possible way she could tell if something was askew. -Lastly I was informed I tested positive for THC. I claimed there should not be any THC and requested my urine sample be sent out and verified. I waited a few days to check on the status of my request, the lady that answered was unaware of such request and said she would call back. I have not heard back yet. -Frustrated and upset; about having to pay almost $500 to basically just get drug tested and told I have to go somewhere else, when I have not touched THC.

Even though I'm closer to a Bellin warehouse of service, I choose to have my care at this smaller location. There has always been a familial atmosphere at this location that I have always enjoyed.
