Care Philosophy 

I believe that building strong, trusting therapeutic relationships helps patients to feel hopeful, work on healing and make lasting changes. My approach is to be empathic and culturally sensitive, ensuring that my patients feel heard, supported and empowered to achieve their goals.

Personal Statement

When I am not working with patients, continuing my education or advocating for mental health care, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, taking in live music, trying new cuisine and traveling. I also love to do a little hobby photography and spend time with animals.
