Rebecca is a great asset to Bellin health. She listened when I was describing my issues. When I asked a question, she made sure I completely understood the answer. She explained everything in terms I could understand. She made sure that if I had any questions after I left that I was to let her know. I was prescribed a new medication and she wanted to Make sure if there were any adverse reactions I notified her immediately. Bellin needs more medical people like Rebecca.

Easy and very good visit with my doctor

The nurse practitioner/provider I saw was excellent! Very personable and listened very well. Will highly recommend her! The only negative is the my chart pre-registering. It doesn't work well at all to list your medication's and add medication's and then after you spend all that time when you get to the clinic, it doesn't matter if you fill that all out as they have to ask you at all again. Big waste of time.

Only thing I would suggest is a possible change to adding a clause on "My Chart" which could make it a little easier to update your info on file. Perhaps an additional line stating nothing has changed. Also, on updating your meds taking there is no option to make changes to med you're taking... as far as different time, dosage, etc. Just thoughts you may consider. Hi, I just wanted to point out that the nurse who checked us in in our room and the doctor were wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about them. The only somewhat negative experience we had was in the very beginning when we walked in the door, we were just kind of pointed over to a thing to check on by ourselves and made to feel like we weren't very, not very welcoming, just basically shoved into a corner to do it by ourselves and having no idea what to do. So I just want to make sure you knew that it was not the nurse or doctor that we dealt with at all, but just the woman in the entrance where we first came in to check in on computers. Thank you. My provider is great

Very comfortable with his provider.

I know I scheduled the appointment for 10:15. The reminders I received were for 9:45. A half hour difference is a big deal when transporting my mom from a nursing home. Of course we arrived at 9:45 only to have to wait until 10:15. The check-in kiosk wasn't processing payments, so we wound up having to wait in line to check in for the appointment anyway. AND... the scheduling had Mom down for complete memory testing, which is not even possible due to her advanced dementia. Even Rebekah was shocked that she was scheduled for memory testing. If we get billed for it, that will really annoy me. Please schedule appointments correctly (both time wise and for proper evaluation/care) and ensure that the kiosk is working for check ins, especially when the office is busy.

Dr. Vandewalle and her staff were accommodating, professional, thoughtful and caring. Took time to get to know us and gave us guidance.

Overall very good, check-in desk gal could have been more friendly...she may have been having a bad morning, but needs to learn how to put on a smile and leave issues at the door.

Everyone was so cheerful and nice. One would never guess it was a Monday!

I have been a patient of Rebekah Vandewalle for many years now. I fully trust her. She is an excellent Nurse Practitioner. I highly recommend her to my family. Bellin has been nothing short of excellent in their care for me in a variety of conditions. I am very pleased and thy.

I don't do the digital experience, ( just to sign in) I did get though it, with help.. I called the next day only because not sure about the Perscrition but it now is worked out..(It just wasn't,on my paperwork when I was done and it was surpose to be there ) But overall I really liked Rebekah Vandewalle..

I needed to move my appointment up so I would be in compliance with the requirements stipulated by the DMV. The office worked around available time and I was able to see Rebekah as needed.

Your video appointment did not work. She did not try and help fix the situation, the doctor, and I feel that the failure was her problem caused by your clinic, not me. And you guys did not, should not reschedule me all the way until August from an April appointment. I am very dissatisfied. Very dissatisfied.

This is the first provider that actually listened to me and ordered tests and didn't feel like I was just a number.

Rebekah is by far the best provider I've ever seen at any Bellin location or specialty. I've already recommended her to my parents and my best friend. I feel so lucky to have found her.

Rebekah has treated me for many years. She is always pleasant and available to answer any if my concerns. I value her expertise and experience.

She is very down to earth which I feel makes it easier to discuss my concerns. She also ordered one more test to check for any abnormalities. I got that done two days later. I was impressed with how speedily I was able to get an appointment with her and have the procedure done.

This was a new Dr. that I saw, Dr Vandewalle. I liked her from the start, she was very personable and was very professional. She spoke with my family members and was very courteous to all of us. She put me at ease and answered all my questions. She made appointments for me in my hometown so I didn't have to travel back to Green Bay. I appreciated that very much and said if I needed her further not to hesitate to get in touch with her.
