The doctor and nurse were outstanding. I've been treated at Aurora, Prevea, and other providers in the past few years. This was the best I've ever been treated that I can remember.

I schedule my annual physical a year out. I love that I can come in and have my lab work, questioner review and check up done all at one hospital visit!

I sure hope I am not assessed a separate 'office visit' charge from my annual physical. I was last time and felt it sneaky and not above board.

While I often receive excellent, professional, and personable care from nearly every division of the Bellin/Emplify system, Dr. Rachael and her team set a standard of care that others can aspire to. I would also like to offer sincere kudos to the Bellevue front lobby reception staff, who are consistently courteous, professional, friendly, helpful, and understanding. They create a welcoming first impression, often with just the right touch of humor, and their kindness contributes meaningfully to the overall quality of care. Their warmth and professionalism are noticed and deeply appreciated.

I have struggled to find a doctor who I trust after multiple doctors left the Prevea practices. I finally found someone who really is thorough and even found a nodule on my thyroid that no other provider had found! I'm thrilled to have found someone who cares about each individual patient

When checking in online and answering all the questions it's very frustrating to have to fill it out more than once. My chart should be able to save the answers for multiple appointments in the same day and not have to fill out for each department within the same facility.

I have seeing this provider for years now and has been great in the past. This visit seemed different. Didn't know my past history. Acted surprised when I asked questions or gave statements about other care I have received. She appeared rushed or wanting to leave the room quickly. I got more information from the nurse than the doctor.

I bad a good experience but, my weight wasn't on my summary like it always is. I really wanted to know that because I don't have a scale. I called to ask for it and what she said was one lb. I think I lost a lot more. I can tell in my clothes fitting loosely. That's the thing I was disappointed in my yearly exam visit.

Dr VandenLangenberg is wonderful!

The technician the did my ultrasound was very professional. She explained and put me at ease from the very beginning and all throughout the test. Gave follow up instructions and walked me out to the entrance and where the elevators are.

I think when you have to take a persons blood and then you charge separately to take the blood plus all the tests you're getting very nitpicky. I don't think$850 is worth it for a physical. Especially considering all she did was listen to my heart and my lungs, my neck. And talked about my results from my blood tests. As you get older, I think you need more in depth, looking at the body.

It's the first time I came to Dr. for this issue. I've had it for a while since my knee surgery and this time with Dr Rachael heard. She gave me a plan to see what's causing issue. Very pleased.
