Nurse was excellent.

The phone call back was very bad. I was told to call a number and when I did call it back rang then transferred then rang and rang and rang. I hung up and called back later when I had time to sit and wait on the phone. It did the same thing and after half hour someone answered and transferred to the first number. It rang and rang, after 20 minutes I hung up and send a text message. When a doctor office ask you to call back and you can not get an answer it causes a person to worry if something is wrong that I needed immediate attention. I call this poor service.

Many family/friends mentioned to me how satisfied they have been with the Bellin Hospital and clinics. I agree with them. There was not one person who did not have a smile on their face or even just a quick nod of acknowledgement. It makes an individual feel very welcome.

Dr. Kumar was excellent. Very friendly and explained things very well.

Services provided from calling in to see if I could get in for an appointment to getting my meds from Bellin Pharmacy were absolutely top notch.

I learned a lot more about what was going on with my health from this doctor than any doctor I've seen in the past. He listened to my concerns and did tests to see what the problem was. I wouldn't mind seeing him more for my stomach issues than AG I doctor or primary
