Care Philosophy

I am passionate about caring for the whole person: body, mind and spirit, and I take a holistic approach to women's heath while grounding my care in evidence-based medicine. I have pursued focused training in integrative medicine, and I plan to continue on to a fellowship in the coming years. I believe in partnering closely with my patients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique value, goals and health needs.

Personal Statement

Outside of practicing medicine, I enjoy spending time outdoors camping, fishing, walking and reading a good book in a hammock. I also love to bake, especially French macarons and sourdough bagels. I completed my training to become a certified yoga teacher (YTT-200) in Indore, India.
