I really can't give you any information on how you could do better because I am very pleased with the care that I get from Bellin. I gave you a one for your digital thing because I do not use MyChart. I have not been able to get into MyChart. That is on me, but I am not happy with all the digital stuff. However, I do get a printout from my appointment and that takes care of my questions, so I am happy with that. Anyway, I can't tell you how much more I like Bellin. I've given you high marks on all of it, so it seems like you do call me after maybe most of my appointments. I guess if you've got to keep getting good marks, keep calling.

I was treated with respect and all questions I had were addressed. Friendly, courteous staff. Very knowledgeable and scheduling my future appointments within a new system. They handled it extremely well.

I was seen by nurse practitioner Pam O'Neil for my oncology visit. She was wonderful. Very careing and professional. She did not hurry me nor did she treat my concerns as unworthy to discuss. Bellin health is lucky to have such an excellent employee on its staff.
