My experience was good, I really like my primary provider Oleana, really listens to me and I trust her.

I think that going to that clinic there with the nurse practitioner, she was very good, but all the people working there were very courteous and helpful and very nice. And I've been going there for quite a few years and I plan on going a lot more years in the future. Thank you.

They never did a blood test

Locations are easy to get to with ample parking.

the staff at Bellin in Menominee are always pleasant and helpful. They do a good job. I prefer to make appointments and check in in person rather than on the computer.

Well, first of all, the receptionist didn't give me a pad like years, you know, a while ago, you know, to enter in all your stuff, you know, your generic stuff. And also the nurse in there was just, please, you know, you might want to give her a little bit more help. You know, the doctor, she was very nice to me, very concerned to a point, and I had to keep going over a few procedures. But, you know, all in all, I think the nurse and the receptionist especially should be, you might as well get somebody else in there.

I really appreciate that I was treated with compassion and understanding.

First time entry was quite confusing especially with trying to setup passwords

The staff at the front desk to the nurse and Olena were wonderful. Olena helped me address my problem and made new suggestions how to deal with it. Very much appreciated her imput and caring. I would highly recommend her and her staff.

Team treated me great. I did not try all of the digital such as a FaceTime video or on line scheduling. I only used my chart to see my results.

It's a bit of a drive to get to the Menominee Clinic, but it's well worth it. I have always felt that staff actually cares about their patients. They are knowledgeable and kind. I believe I'm taking the best care of my health as a patient at this Bellin location.

Not really satisfied with the outcome of my visit. I've been dealing with my problem for 2 months and 3 visits (urgent care, another provider) and have not had my problem solved. Not satisfied with the recommended treatment. Need to see a specialist MD, not a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

Could not check in ahead of time from home unless I scanned in my insurance card. No scanning capability so I could t sign in.

She listened! Incorraged me to look into further things that should probably be done for my health concerns. Thanks!
