They got appointments set up for me after! Got rid of my Vertigo! It was bad!

Takes way to long for Neurology and Cardiology to get there heads together to decide on treatment plan.

Nicole was very knowledgeable about my history. She was very professional, kind and helpful. I am pleased with her as my care provider.

My prescription dosage had changed and as part of the check in process it was not easy for me to figure out how to make the change. I had two prescriptions for the same medication at different dosages, one was 40MG and the other was 10MG. The prescription I had was for 3 10MG tablets which I was unsure of how to make the adjustment with the online check-in so I waited to check in at the appointment so the proper adjustment could be made. Nothing major but rather a suggested nuance of the process.

This appointment went extremely well. I was switching over from a different provider (from a different health system) who was no longer practicing in the area. While I liked my previous provider, I am SO happy it all worked out as it did because I like Nicole even better! She is so positive, friendly, and upbeat. She also takes time to talk through things, explain options, and truly wants you to have what you need to manage your health condition. I am so thankful I found her and she will be managing my care now.
