I love my Bellin Health!

I get frustrated with my chart sometimes because it seems that if I have 2 appointments in one week I'm answering the same questions for both appointments. And it takes time!

The experience was great. Everybody was very, very helpful. Only thing that's really lacking is the follow-up for the appointment for the next phase of the procedure. I'm waiting on that and the sooner I get that, the better it'll be. That's it. Thanks.

The appointment accomplished nothing, they didn't get my MRI that I had done a week earlier, there was no need to go to this appointment and pay to have nothing done, I think I should be credited for this visit, it's 4 days and they still did not call me if they got MRI, and what to do but my pain

Yeah, I know this is a difficult situation. Shingles is a difficult situation and it's difficult for the patient and the provider. So I think everybody's doing their best. I just hope I get over it soon. Thank you.

There is a definite lack of communication amongst those who have been assigned to take care of me across a variety of specialties. Nobody really is getting things correct. In the mean time I suffer and nobody seems to care how long it takes to try and resolve my issues

Nicole is such a great listener and always trys to troubleshoot your problems and questions! She includes you in the process and is very open to your needs. So glad to have found her for care!

Nicole Hansen is a hidden gem in the Bellin health system. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for answers to their physical well being. Most providers make you feel like a number, a quota they have to meet. She seems like she's genuinely concerned and has answers that make sense. She makes suggestions rather than requiring that you have to do a, b and c, to get results.
