Care Philosophy

In my practice, I strive to understand each patient as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms, by exploring each individual’s unique experiences, challenges and strengths. I believe in open communication, shared decision-making and adapting care as new information emerges. My goal is to help patients achieve meaningful progress and improved well-being by integrating the latest advances in psychiatry with a compassionate, individualized perspective.

Personal Statement

I am married and enjoy exploring new places through travel. I have a passion for good food, hiking in nature and experiencing art in its many forms. I am also an avid reader, and I find that these interests help me maintain balance and bring fresh perspective to my work in psychiatry.
