I enjoy my appointments with Michelle. She's very knowledgeable and kind and answers all of my questions politely and accurately. Even my husband's questions. ?

It was a very good experience and I was quite pleased with the audiologist and will not hesitate to schedule with her when I want my hearing checked again.

The check in process is ridiculous. If I am pre checked in, I shouldn't have to deal with the computer check in.

She was very nice.

Michelle continues to be the same caring, knowledgeable person I know her to be. Concerned medically and personally! Check in computers have some bugs but staff was quick to intervene and make it right.

The last question didn't offer the option to choose " Doesn't Apply" or I would have chosen that

It was nice to get what I came for with very few questions or pressure.

My appointments was @11:40. I didnt go in to do the procedures until 12:52.Yes I went I the room changed and waited and waited. People came in but I mainly sat in the room. The procedures was quick and easy. But the waiting was waiting over 1 hour. I was already nervous...

Excellent experience with this Dr

It would be nice to have access to the hearing test results in MyChart. I did ask for a copy and did receive it so I can keep it for my records to compare against previous years. However, I feel I should not have had to ask for it. In previous visits, it was given to me without asking. It would also have been nice to receive a copy of the test results of the other piece of the testing where I had to repeat the words, etc. Considering I deal with tinnitus, my ability to not recognize some of the sounds comes from the additional sound of that ringing and I don't feel that was addressed at all in this visit.

The adjustments that Michelle made to my hearing aids are definitely an improvement.

Check in process at kiosk is stupid. You Still have assistants. Staff was very kind and friendly at checkin. Provider was nice and helpful but had not read my chart. Survey asking if I was treated as a unique person has nothing to do with the business you are in. Deliver efficient Service and be informed of your patient's needs.

It was a joke. She didn't really know what was going on or what cause the problem I'm having.

Dr.Schumann is a great doctor. She's very knowledgeable about hearing aids. She explains about them in a way that's understandable to me. She's very patient with my limited understanding of things. I know where to go with further questions.
