I believe meaningful healing happens when every part of a person's story is seen, respected and understood. I approach my therapy practice with compassion and empathy, taking a holistic view that honors the full context of each person's lived experience. I also integrate strengths, humor and self-understanding into my work, offering practical tools that help clients cultivate ownership of their emotions, thoughts and behaviors to support lasting growth.
Personal Statement
In my spare time, I enjoy yoga, running, weightlifting, walking in nature, gardening, home projects and spending time with my children and friends.
