Bellin has always been excellent over all the years I have associated with them.

This provider lacked empathy. Did not explain things well as I had to ask the nurse to explain what the doctor had said. Please tell this doctor I am doing everything possible to control my diabetes as he seemed to be scolding me about diabetes as opposed to discussing my foot condition. Also, he had a student shadowing him. The student nonverbal messaging indicated he did not want to be there.

Does anyone really care anymore? Health care is not what it used to be and it shows with each vist.

Loved Dr. Mankovecky. Am doing f/up in Sept. after Dr Mankovecky removed the "barnacle" from my left 2nd toe with no discomfort to me, I totally trust him to do my surgery.

From X-Ray tech to nurse to Dr M, I felt like I was their only patient that day. Everyone was engaging and informative and knowledgeable. I left the facility feeling happy!

There was an X-ray appt added to MyChartthe morning of my regular appt. I had already done the MyChart check in. So this meant I had to do a completely NEW AGGREVATING check in from scratch while standing at the kiosk. Hopefully Bellin can get it's IT act together so it can be consistent across all departments.

Though not difficult, checking in was repetitive. I checked in prior to appointment but still have to check in when I arrive. Dr. Mankovecky and staff are wonderful and I highly recommend them to everyone!
