First time seeing this provider. She was very patient, listened to my concerns and proactive in getting necessary labs and referrals.

The MyChart transition has been challenging - especially the billing side. It seemed better when it was MyBellin.

Dr. Hidde is an amazing doctor!

I did not experience the following in this visit, nor have I experienced it with this provider however I have in other appointments. Medical staff have a tendency to talk fast, use medical language that is not understood by the patient, do not establish eye contact instead are intend on securing the documentation needed and then quickly ask " do you have any questions". I suggest medical staff be trained on how to communicate and interact with Elders - be cognizant that hearing and sight is usually impaired - explanations need to be in language that is understood, eye contact is important. I realize the documentation is necessary however without eye contact the exchange becomes impersonal and understanding the information is lost. In addition there seems to be a new approach to helping others feel connected and that is inquiring what their plans are for the day, or what they have done so far that day - it is intrusive. Some small talk is acceptable but being professional, performing the job in a kind respectful manner is more appreciated then asking these types of questions. Once again I will clarify I did not experience any of this with the provider or staff on this visit - all were very respectful , professional and I felt listened to.

I appreciate Dr. Hidde and her office's level of care and thoroughness. I know you guys see too many people in the day and the fact that Dr. Hidde was able to both answer my questions and then help me plan for the future really meant a lot, especially this environment, you know, as a trans person. So I just wanted to say thank you and thank you for doing all of the kind work that you're doing. All right. Have a good one.

Dr. Hidde is an amazing physician. She listens and shows you she care about your concerns. She is also incredibly knowledgeable!

Dr. Hidde was so caring and listened and answered all of the questions I had for her.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Hidde and loved the experience!! My doctors keep retiring and I hope she stays with you for a long time!! The student nurse/employee that did the preliminary things and she was excellent also. I did not catch her name however, but she should be commended!!

Dr. Hidde explained everything in detail. She was very informative. I would definitely recommend her as a family physician. I'm glad to have her as mine.

We love Dr Hidde. She answers all of our questions and never makes us feel rushed. She has a calming presence which helps to subside any health anxiety that I inadvertently bring into the room.

Dr. Hidde is fantastic. She listens, cares, and is very knowledgeable. She is great with adults and children, with her ability to meet her patient at their level. She doesn't talk down or make you feel bad anything brought up. We moved to her from another provider and have been so pleased with the excellent, friendly care she provides.
