I was asked by the provider to send in a mychart of tracking when my dizziness occured. i followed those directions, and did not hear back for over a week. when i finally got a response, i answered the question being asked, and again no response for over a week.

Melissa takes her time, is very personable. I actually look forward to seeing her. Lots of health care providers seem to be in a hurry. She never is, she is a perfect example of excellent pt care.
