I use an integrative approach to therapy that draws upon cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy. I tailor my approach based on you individual needs and purpose.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family doing outdoor activities, especially going for walks.

Melissa is an amazing provider. She has been working with my daughter for a couple of years now, and we would be lost without her. She listens, she cares, she remembers from session to session what's going on, and followed up with things. She is definitely one of the best and we definitely recommend her anytime we can.

Melissa is fantastic. I am scared of the day that my child cannot go to her for therapy. I wish we could go see her every week because she is great at listening and helping and understanding.

Melissa really has a great relationship with my daughter. So I like that fact that she does have that great relationship. They laugh a lot and really seem to get along for the most part. So I really liked Melissa for my daughter and I hope that she can continue to see her for some time.
