Felt rushed thru the appointment. Didn't have time to really get to any questions that I may have had. I would consider seeing someone else in the future.

The provider was knowledgeable and friendly! I am in the process of switching from Aurora to Bellin, and I hope that she will be my provider in the future!

Parking was good.

Melissa is an awesome doctor. Listens and gives all the time needed. With complex migraines comes up with different treatments to try and very open to suggestions!

Overall experience was excellent

I have been going to Bellin Health now for several years my experience every time has been wonderful. Everyone is so knowledgeable, courteous and goes above and beyond answering questions are helping me whenever I have a health problem or any issue at all they are wonderful.

Digital chech in is a pain and impersonal.

This was my first experience with Bellin as a patient. I like the check in process via the kiosk. It was easy and seamless. All staff that I talked to were friendly and helpful.

We were done before our real appointment time!

I was a little upset that I checked in for 7:45 AM appt at 7:45 and the 3 other people in the waiting room were called in within 5 minutes after my arrival I waited 10 minutes and walked up to the desk to make sure that I was in the correct office as I had not been called in yet. Another person walked in 5 minutes later and was called in within 3 minutes. I waited for 25 mins in the waiting room as more people arrived. The whole time the three people behind the desk were just sitting there. When I went up to the desk at the 25 minute mark I asked for a status of my appointment. I was asked my name and birth date. She looked and the computer and went to check. She came out approx 2-3 minutes later and said they would calling me shortly. I was called about 3 mins later. My experience once I got into my appointment was great however the reason I chose an appointment this early was so I could get back to work as soon as possible. It was my understanding that they were understaffed at the time. Again my overall appointment was great except for the initial 25 wait sitting in the waiting room for my appointment.

She was familiar with my passed medical history.. I will call in to report pain I am experiencing in my right leg and lower back

She really listens and asks related questions I forgot to tell her. I really trust her. She has really helped me feel better with head pain. And now onto next problem of another Dr that referred me back to her. She Tells me what it could be but need to rule out few things and see results of labs. I feel confident she has concern for me and listens to me. She is helping me just by being knowledgeable and explaining everything to me. She tells me what & why she is thinking this diagnosis and how to get there to get wanted results for success. I have appts for ekg & lab right away. I am calm & relaxed NOT stressed & worried. Love this Dr!!

Need more direction. Didn't help with the pain. Follow up would be nice. Didn't fix the issue I have. Now need to make another appointment. Looking for help or someone to point me in the right direction.

I had exceptional care from NP Melissa Dercks. I get dizzy when I get shots (Botox) and she was so kind and caring and did everything me feel comfortable. Her nurses were also very accommodating.

My doctor was totally awesome!!!

Feeling cared about and listened to was a positive experience. Plan of care was explained thoroughly. I would highly recommend to my friends and have already spoken to some of them about the quality of care given to me at this appointment.

Every appointment I've had through Bellin has been a good experience because of the people. I've had numerous procedures and I couldn't have gotten through them without the caring staff. I'm happy all of my care is done here. I don't know what I would do without them all.

Melissa is fantastic and always professional! Her nurse that checked me in is always professional! From the door man opening the door and greeting me with his smile the girls at the front desk makes you feel at home! What a TEAM!

Melissa in neurology is wonderful! She explains things clearly, is extremely personable, makes you feel welcome from the start and has alway made me feel heard and well cared for. The level of care she provides is exceptional. Highly recommend!
