Everything was explained so I understood what was going to happen next.

We were called into the appointment with Megan Swan fairly quickly and the overall experience with her was great. My issue was with the ENT appointment we were to have immediately following the audiology appointment. The doctor was very nice, however it was OVER AN HOUR past the appointment time before we ever saw him. There was no explanation and no apologies from anyone. If there was a problem, simply communicating with us would have been greatly appreciated.

This was my first time seeing Megan. Appreciate her knowledgeable expertise, patience with my long report of problem history and questions as well as good welcoming people skills.

Glad to see you added a sidewalk from parking lot to front door, to shorten distance , it was the first thing I noticed was needed when I went to the clinic.

It seems as time goes on since the merger, we don't receive the same level of treatment. It takes longer to get an appointment and it's difficult to work with the insurance and billing department. I find that disappointing.

Always satisfied with my Bellin experiences.

I thought she would spend more time with me.

I love Bellin Health. Always recommend you to others, but many PAs are not taking new patients! Supply more local medical workers. There is a great need in the Crivitz area. Thank you.

Do not like the computer check in process. I am a people person, do not believe or like interacting with a computer for checking in ahead of time nor the cold unfriendly self check in process

It took way too long to get this appointment. More than two months.

When Emplify transferred information from the previous providers, it did not include everything. Fortunately, I can still access Endeavor.

There seemed to be enough time for questions with this provider, but I felt rushed through my appointment.

I'm more of a hands-on person, like paper print outs, talk to person on the phone. It's ok and somewhat easy to do my chart but prefer in person

It was not an appointment for a visit, I took my hearing aids in to have checked because they were not working. They did work when I got them back.
