Felt like the check-in at the kiosk on day of appointment was repetitive with many things had answered on My Chart registration.

I had a great experience!

Everyone friendly, professional, questions answered, pleased with my experience to get my health concerns back on track.

Check in is a computer ? I dont do computers

Megan was very patient with me and explained the process of having surgery, if that was the outcome of the MRI. It was not what the appointment was about. I thought it odd to have an appointment before the MRI, rather than after with the physician's report. If fact, I only needed to give my consent to the MRI, having a pacemaker. My expectations were more than that. Megan was kind and understood my confusion. In hindsight, I wish the scheduler had told me what the appointment was intended to do.

I found Megan S very caring and informative during my appointment. She didn't rush through, and answered all my questions. She offered possible solutions in the future if my a-fib continues after starting on the current medications.

She explained alternatives, instead of just sighing and walking away, like some others have in the past. She explained some things to me that I had never heard before. I learned a lot from her.
