Pleasant people, positive attitudes, I felt comfortable from start to finish

Megan was understanding and easy to talk to.she was knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend her. It was a good experience. The nurse was helpful and congenial. The check-in was done smoothly by the personnel.

It seems to take much longer to get appointments at Bellin. Is this because there are just more patients than providers or is this a growing trend across all medical providers.

Megan was very friendly and efficient answering my questions and explaining my MRI.

The whole process was rather speedy, left me wondering if I was actually there or not. Kind of like a drive through. But that is just the way health care is provided today. It is tough out there for the providers, too.

I would get higher chairs placed closer to the waiting area. My sister found one down the hallway. I have a really sore back and could not sit in one of your normal chairs without my back spasm. Thanks

Grateful for the providers I have all come across over the last two weeks, and next forever, of appointments tests, new faces, specialists, surgeons, trying to figure all my issues out.

Megan listened to everything I had to say. Then she explained what it could be and what she was going to do. This was the first time in a long that I felt "heard".
