This was our 1st Bellin Health/Emplify experience. WOW! The ease of scheduling was phenomenal. The valet service was wildly wonderful. The front desk personnel were superb. The provider, Megan Cassai, was the best of the best. The assistants were exceptional. You have quite a team there! The generosity of spirit and professionalism were beyond our expectations!!!!

Megan was so sweet and helpful! She took the time to look in my chart prior to my visit so she knew my story. She spent the time with me to understand what I am going through and I left having a plan. I really enjoyed seeing her and trusted her. I will definitely be seeing her again.

Megan Cassai was the best provider that I have ever been to. Though I was visibly anxious, and was seriously anxious, she treated me with respect, and she took everything step by step with me to ensure that I remained as calm as I could. Megan explained everything in detail and ensured that I had no further questions-she reassured me in a way that no other provider has. Her entire team was great-their calm and respectful demeanors meant the world to me. I am so glad I chose them for my appointment! Please share this with them!

I was pleasantly surprised during the visit. I expected my ear wax to be very nasty experience. Totally contrary. I was SO impressed
