Everything weent well and everyone was in good mood and friendly.

All care and attention was at least as good if not beter than health care services with Endeavor (Northshore) Health near Chicago.

There needs to be a way to communicate with patients if the doctor is running really late. My appointment was for 11:45 am, had to check in at 11:30 am wasn't able to see the doctor till almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time. If I would have been late the doctor would have refused to see me. A text message would have been nice once he was running behind to let me know of a later check in time.

Very satisfying

Dr. Ough and the nurse were fantastic but the fact I had to reschedule my biopsy at the GB location is an inconvenience. The ultrasound machine they had to use during my visit wasn't high tech enough to see where my mass was located. If they had a more high quality ultrasound machine they could have been able to see the mass clearly and could have done the biopsy there at the Marinette clinic.

I felt I was listened to even though I am an older adult. I was dismissed by the provider and staff.

Dr Ough , in my opinion is one fine Dr. I was very impressed that he and his NA had familiarized themselves with my history. That is not standard in my experience. I really appreciated this. He thoroughly explained the surgical procedure as well as the recovery. Based upon additional info provided in an honest forthright manner I decided not to proceed with the procedure. I was 100% satisfied with this visit and the decisions that I made with the info I was provided. I thank Dr Ough for his time and expertise.

I was so impressed with Dr. Ough and his PA. They were so compassionate and listened to everything I had to say. Never did I feel like they were trying to rush and get to next patient. He took the time to address all my concerns and made me feel confident that I was going to have a good outcome for this surgery while balancing that with the possible problems that could happen so that I won't feel blindsided if things don't go as expected.

Dr. Ough was AWESOME!!! He explained everything in great detail, had a very upbeat demeanor and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I had. My appointment wasn't rushed and I felt very well informed at the end of our time in office.

Dr. Ough and NP Mary were very thorough explaining my upcoming surgery. Dr. Ough and his staff were even able to get me in for a scan the same day as my surgical consult. This was amazing and very much appreciated as I live nearly 200 miles from Green Bay and would've had to drive back otherwise. The care Bellin has provided for me has been top notch and I feel blessed to have doctors, nurses and Bellin staff that go above and beyond for their patients.
