Very good first visit

I'm counting how many years I don't get a physical exam... it's not part of Medicare; gotta pay extra?

Dr. Anderson-Tobin handled my unique situation with such grace, she listened to me and gave great feedback that made me comfortable. She made a necessary referral. I have a follow up appointment in a month where we can discuss my health in more detail. She assured me I was on the right track with my current team; my previous provider helped set up. I appreciate the feedback about not prescribing me pain medicine because she wants it to work more efficiently for future surgeries I might have.

It was easy in and easy out! Everyone I talked to and worked with me were fantastic!!! Great experience!!

The old portal was easy. After the change to the new portal I have trouble with logging in and finding past information.

MyChart was a little time consuming and I needed help I called for access. I was helped immediately!

I really like the on-site lab. Saves another appt elsewhere. I also do not like computer programs and would prefer mail and paper copies. But, that's not how things are done today.

Everything was fine. Been with Doctor Anderson for better than 12 years. Have followed her through four different places. I like the care she gives to both me and my wife. The office personnel and nurses at Bellin are very easy to talk to and professional.

Love the check-in process when I can check in as I'm walking in the door to let them know I'm there. They got me back very quickly. Nurse was very professional and as well as the doctor, Tobin Anderson, is always amazing. So overall, the office is incredible and I'm very blessed to be able to go there.

Dr. Tobin-Anderson and the care team at Bellin Marquette Office has been extremely helpful. They listen, they pay attention, and they treat you as an individual. My first visit there, I walked away feeling extremely heard. All of the referrals that I have had have been very appropriate, and I have felt the same way about those. I feel like Dr. Tobin-Anderson is a great provider and treats you as an individual and listens to your concerns and gives her feedback as well as she should. I appreciate her no-nonsense attitude and will refer as appropriate.
