Not really sure how to use the system so find it hard to actually contact my primary. Especially since it hurts to talk. People are kind and helpful but I don't feel known. Ask me again when I am not hurting

The online check in is beginning to get annoying. Same questions as always. After so many visits those questions just never change. I would have thought the majority of questions and answers would be in a database. Overall I am very happy with Bellin Health!

Too many questions to answer for e-check in

E check is redundant ., you complete it on line in advance of your visit and then need to complete again at the time of your visit I've had several appointments a few days apart and have to continue to complete the e check in over and over and then again at the time of the visit Ridiculous !!!!

I've been going to Bellin East DePere clinic for five years. I am always extremely happy with every visit to your facility. From doctors, nurses, labs and physical therapy.

Mark F was very helpful and I would be comfortable seeing again if necessary.

Doctor Mark was very nice and listened to me. He didn't act like he was in a hurry; his attention was on my problem and what the best solution was. I had never met him before, but I would be happy to have him as a doctor again.

Mark Fergus was very professional. He explained everything very well, reviewed the chart, went over labs that had been done previously and on the day of my visit. He took his time with me and I did not feel rushed at any point in time. I would recommend him to anyone else.

Mr. Fergus was very smart and listened to my problems and told me what he thought would be best for me to do and gave me suggestions about treating my problems at home and offered me and prescribed me some medications that really helped me. So I was very pleased.

Blood test was processed quick so Dr Mark could go over with me in detail. He explained my bladder infection and also answered some additional concerns about what the symptoms of bladder cancer are, since I have a history of cancer. Very reassuring. I was able to see him same day.

It was very good experience. Mark is a good listener and was quick to solve my issue.

Would like to say the over a week long cough has gone away.... But it continues to be a problem....

Happy with this provider. It is harder to get in to see my regular provider and I am happy to see Mark.

Dr Mark has always been kind and listen to my concern without asking questions while I was talking. He always waits for me to finish. Which I find very respectful. He's knowledgeable and when he needs to explain things to me, he looks it up and reads to me the definition or causes of my questions. So he's very effective when it comes to me understanding exactly what I need explained.

Dr Fergus is a very good listener. Very happy with him as my GP.
